In a previous post, I was looking for alternative ways to capture images of a landmark.
Once I recovered from the emotion and vertigo we felt when discovering Horseshoe Bend for the first time, it was time to start thinking how not to take the same picture as everyone else.
For sure, I could do better than taking the usual photo, right on the symmetry axis, with a wide angle large enough to get the canyon characteristic shape, and with directional light to enforce rock texture..
Oh yes, I spent time thinking, during the long period when the sky was white and cloudy…and finally, tada, here is my very own interpretation !
Right on the symmetry axis, with a wide angle large enough to get the canyon characteristic shape, with directional light to enforce rock texture… and a unique little white boat(*) !
(*) Yes, there is a boat…sorry if you cannot find it when reading the post on your smartphone, will do better next time đŸ™‚
